(i) you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally qualified to be bound by our Terms of Service;

(ii) you must not reside (at the time of usage) in any of the trade embargoes, UN Security Council Resolutions (“UNSCR), or HM Treasury’s economic sanctions government;

(iii) you must not be subject to any form of economic sanctions be it UNSCR, OFAC sanctions, or in the list of persons denied entry into the US by the Department of Commerce or any other top authority sanctions.

(iv) If you use our service as a third party or as a representative of a group, ensure you’re legally obliged to do so; therefore you can agree to our Terms of Service on behalf of the group or party you represent.

(v) Also, you may only use our Product or Service in regions where it is legal, as you solely face the consequences that apply if you use our Product or Service in a region where our Services or Products are illegal.

(vi) Read our terms of service carefully to ensure it complies with local laws and regulations to avoid potential risks of jurisdictional legal complications.

(vii) Finally, by using Blithe Wallet, you agree to the Eligibility Terms stated in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to tweak or adjust information in this section. There could also be situations where we might restrict the usage of our Products or Services in certain regions or by certain prospects.
