Blithe Wallet is provided “as is” and “as available.” There are also no warranties offered by using Blithe Wallet. We do not endorse representatives of any kind, be it from influencers, affiliates, or third parties, provided we did not expressly announce this on our media outlets. 

**Indemnity** 

To an extent applicable by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, or hold harmless our representatives, affiliates, attorneys, agents, and shareholders against all losses, obligations, debts, costs, and attorney/court fees arising from 

(i) your use of our service in accordance to our privacy policy and terms of service; 

(ii) reports and feedback submitted or gotten from us; 

(iii) violation of our terms of service from any third party, affiliate, reps, agents, etc.
